What you are buying

A digital product: one 36-page PDF ebook. There is no physical item, no subscription and no recurring charge. Checkout, payment and digital delivery are handled by Gumroad; payment options are the ones Gumroad offers at checkout.

30-day refund option

If you purchase The Buying Lens and decide it isn't the right fit for you, you may contact us within 30 days of purchase to request a refund.

To request one, email {{ supportEmail }} with the email address used at checkout and, if you have it, your Gumroad receipt or order reference. We'll reply with the next step.

Refund requests are reviewed by us and processed through the applicable checkout / payment process (Gumroad, and the payment provider used for your order). Timing for the money to appear back on your original payment method depends on those providers and your bank.

This is a refund option, not an unconditional guarantee, and refunds are not automatic — each request is handled individually through the process above.

If your ebook doesn't arrive

If delivery fails or the download link doesn't work, email {{ supportEmail }} with the email address used at checkout. A missing or failed delivery is something we'll sort out for you first — a refund isn't the only option.

Please never send card numbers, CVV codes, passwords, OTPs, bank login details or payment PINs. We never need them.

Personal use

Your purchase is for your own personal use. Copying, redistributing, reselling or publicly sharing the ebook is not permitted.
