Delivery
After checkout, Gumroad delivers the ebook right away. If it hasn't arrived, email us with the address used at checkout.
Refund requests
If you decide the ebook isn't the right fit, contact us within 30 days of purchase. Refund requests are handled through the applicable checkout / refund process.
What to include
For purchase-related issues, please include the email address used at checkout and your order details, so we can locate the purchase. That's usually enough to sort it out in one reply.
We will never ask for payment details
Please don't send card numbers, CVV codes, passwords, OTPs, bank login information or payment PINs — by email or anywhere else. We never need them to help you.
